Kristina Lindsey, Licensed marriage and family therapist, who holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology and offers counseling through her private practice, offers up some definitive answers to Glass’s bold questions on “gaslighting” (a form of mental abuse). She also describes the characteristics of one. Glass shares a pop quiz for the viewer to determine if he/she/they are a victim of gaslighting and also offers a list red flags. Lindsey says one dead giveaway to determine if someone is gaslighting you is to note whether the person in question tries to manipulate or dominate your reality and inject their reality into yours. If so, she says, you’re likely being gaslit. The discussion between Host Glass and Lindsey deepens.
