Claudia Sinay-Mosias has been a practicing psychotherapist since 1990.  She was co-director of Park Presidio Counseling Center in San Francisco for 25 years where she supervised interns, lead trainings and saw couples, groups and individuals.  She has also served as a licensing examiner for the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.  She has specialized in narcissism and its effects since the late 90’s, writing extensively on the topic on her website blog.  She currently maintains a small private practice online and continues to write and to speak about narcissistic abuse.
