Host David Glass – so intrigued with the subject of gaslighting— Glass took on several experts quite familiar with gaslighting–one of whom was Dr. Mark Goulston . Sadly, Dr. Goulston passed away late December of last year, but his many writings and interviews where he shared his wisdom and insight carry on. And, we’re grateful. Our audience ranked Dr. Goulston’s interview as one of their favorites. What was most remarkable is that Dr. Goulston not only shared advice on how to handle a “gaslighter,” but he told a personal story of his own experience of how he avoided falling victim of one himself.

Expert Dr . Mark Goulston was a former UCLA professor of psychiatry, FBI and police hostage negotiation trainer, nine-time author and a podcast host himself ( My Wake Up Call ”) who offered our audience members a new perspective on the gaslighting type and brought clarity to the dynamic between a gaslighter and its victim. He also talked about the George Kukor film, “Gaslight,” and asked viewers to watch it for a clearer understanding of the concept. Goulston is sorely missed, but Host Glass is grateful for the insight he shared on the show.
