Erin Grey
Erin Grey – who joined Nikki during this Glass interview, has more than 20 years of legal experience handling a full gamut of family law issues. She is a Certified Family Law Specialist with the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Family law is complex and constantly changing, she asserts, and is always in step with legal changes. Through her unique certification by the State Bar, Erin is committed through certification to maintaining the highest level of experience and proficiency in family law. During the interview, she shared (without naming names) some of the cases she has handled and the advice she gave her clients. Though she told Glass and the audience she strives to find sensible solutions to family law matters, she is no stranger to the courtroom and fights fiercely on behalf of her clients when faced with litigation as her only choice. She negotiates prudently as she handles all aspects of family law cases: divorce, child custody, division of community property, distribution of marital property and spousal and child support. She also assists those clients who need counsel and resources for domestic violence. She gave no holds barred commentary during the show appealing to warring parents to let go of trying to assert control.
